"Airy Flora," an original freesia variety from Ishikawa Prefecture, is a new variety developed over eight years.
Its flower colors, based on intermediate shades not found in traditional freesias, resonate with Japanese sensibilities and boast a rich color variation rarely seen nationwide.
The flower language is "hope"

This new variety, proudly presented by Ishikawa Prefecture, has had two more varieties added after the earthquake, embodying many hopes and wishes. Please take a moment to experience Airy Flora, which is filled with Ishikawa Prefecture's aspirations and journey.

Airy Flora is characterized by its larger flowers compared to traditional freesias, and its unique appearance with both single and double petals.
