QUALITY CARD and management method
When flower gifts are delivered, we will include a QUALITY CARD and instructions on how to care for the flower gift. Although we take the utmost care in producing and packaging our products, if there are any defects such as withered flowers, broken flowers, or damage upon arrival, we will take corrective action. In addition, care instructions vary for each flower gift (bouquets, arrangements, potted plants, etc.), so we have included instructions on how to care for your gift so that you do not have to worry about caring for it after it arrives.
Delivery exclusively for flowers
Flower gifts will be delivered by courier in a special flower box. The florist carefully packs each item by hand.
