Inside the wrapping, a special cup is incorporated, containing "eco-jelly" which provides nutrients to the flowers.

フラワーギフトは配送の際に、QUALITY CARD（品質保証カード）とフラワーギフトの管理方法（お手入れ方法）をお付けしております。最善の注意を払い製作、梱包しておりますが、商品ご到着時に「花枯れ」「花折れ」「破損」等ございましたら、対応をさせて頂きます。また、フラワーギフトごと（花束、アレンジメント、鉢物など）にお手入れの方法が異なりますので、お手元に届いた後お手入れに困らないよう管理方法をお付けしております。

フラワーギフトはお花専用のボックスに入れて宅急便にてお届けいたします。フローリスト自らの手で大切に一つ一つ梱包をします。お花のことを知り尽くしたスタッフが、配送前のお花の状態、お水のチェック、花束のラッピングなどをしてから丁寧に梱包をしますので、お届けまで安心してお任せください。
