As we enter December, and with an increasing volume of parcels handled by delivery companies, there is a possibility of delays in parcel deliveries to some areas. This is due to traffic restrictions from nationwide highway construction, as well as cancellations or delays of ferries, air cargo, and freight trains caused by inclement weather.
Please understand that even if you specify a delivery date and time at the time of purchase, we may not be able to deliver on your requested date.
Furthermore, if delivery is absolutely necessary by a specific date and time, please do not hesitate to contact us separately via the inquiry form or other means.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers and ask for your understanding and cooperation as we strive to deliver products as quickly as possible.

お届け日時に関するご連絡をいただき、誠にありがとうございます。現在、ヤマト運輸の荷物量はピークを過ぎており、配送の遅延は解消しつつあります。ただし、関西方面への配送については、高速道路の集中工事などによる遅延の可能性もございますので、念のためヤマト運輸へ追加で依頼を行う手配をさせていただきます。
