We will be suspending deliveries for arrivals between Tuesday, December 31, 2024 and Monday, January 6, 2024, as Setagaya Market, where we source our fresh flowers, will be closed for the winter holidays.
Additionally, please note that the final order acceptance and delivery dates for the current year vary by product, so please confirm when placing your order.

【Last Order Acceptance and Delivery Dates by Product】
◆New Year's products: Order acceptance until Thursday, December 26, 17:00
Delivery dates: Friday, December 27 to Monday, December 30
Please note that you cannot specify the delivery date.
◆Products other than New Year's: Order acceptance for the current year until Monday, December 23, 17:00
Last delivery date for the current year: Friday, December 27
*Online orders will still be accepted during the delivery suspension period.
*For orders placed at the beginning of the year, you can specify a delivery date from Tuesday, January 7, 2025.
*If no delivery date is specified when placing your order, items will be shipped sequentially from Tuesday, January 7 onwards.
*At the beginning of the year, it may be difficult to procure certain flowers at the market. Please be aware that substitute flowers may be used for products.
