Regarding switching to regular delivery
Thank you for using &YOUKAEN THE STORE.
In the summer, we used cool delivery to avoid damage to flowers due to the heat, but the shipping fee will be set for orders placed after 17:00 on Tuesday, October 10th, when the temperature is expected to drop. We will switch to normal temperature delivery and accept reservations.

[Before changeover] Cool delivery for fresh flower products → [After changeover] All items will be delivered at room temperature *Customers who have already ordered with a designated delivery date on or after October 10th (Tuesday) will be shipped by cool delivery.
