About cache clearing
In order to use the new site "& YOUKAEN" more comfortably, we recommend clearing the cache of the old site "& YOUKAEN THE STORE". (If the history of the old site remains, you may not be able to view the latest information.)
Please note that the method differs depending on the browser you are using.
[Customers using Safari]
You can clear your browser history and data and clear the cache on your iPhone. This will remove your history of visited websites and recent searches from your device.
1. Open the "Settings" icon marked with a gear.
2. Tap the browser you are using (Safari).
3. Select "Clear history and website data" .
4. A warning message will appear, so tap "Clear history and data" .
*In addition to cache, data such as history and cookies will also be cleared.
[Customers using Chrome]
<Part 1>
1. Open the Chrome app on your Android phone or tablet.
2. Tap the three vertical dots at the top right of the screen.
3. Tap History → Clear browsing data .
4. Select a period. To delete everything, select All Period .
5. Check the boxes next to Browsing history , Cookies and site data , and Cached images and files .
6. Tap "Clear data" .
Clearing your cache and cookies in Chrome will remove some of your settings on the site. For example, if you remained logged in, you will need to log in again.
Also, keep in mind that content such as images may need to be reloaded, which may make it seem slower.

1. Open Settings .
2. Tap “Storage” to open it.
3. Tap "More apps" to open it.
Four. Tap the browser app (chrome) you are using.
Five. Tap Clear Cache .
[Customers using Microsoft Edge]
1. Select Settings & More > Settings > Privacy, Search & Services .
2. Under "Clear Internet Explorer browsing data" > "Clear browsing data now", select "Select what to clear" .
3. Select the type of data you want to clear. Select "Delete" .
*This is only available if your organization has enabled Internet Explorer mode.
