How to purchase products

&YOUKAEN Product Purchase Method

1. Add item to cart

Choose your item by checking the flower style and atmosphere from the product photos, then tap [Add to Cart] (click on PC).
※Before adding to cart, confirm whether you need a message card and gift bag, and select Yes if needed.
(Enter the message card content in the "Enter gift message" field)

2. Confirm cart contents

The "Cart Confirmation" screen will appear on the right. If satisfactory, tap [To Cart].
Then, enter the delivery date and message card content, and tap [Checkout].

3. Enter order information

Enter the delivery address information. If you have purchased from this site before, select from your history.
If you have a coupon, enter the coupon code and tap [Apply].
Then, tap [Proceed to shipping method selection].
On the next screen, confirm your contact information (email address) and shipping address, then tap [Proceed to payment].

4. Confirm order details

Select your payment method and enter the required information. (If paying by credit card, enter card details).
Enter the billing address (sender information).
If the delivery address is the sender's, select "Same as shipping address". If the delivery address is different from the sender's, select "Use a different billing address" and enter or confirm the sender's information. (In this case, it must match the card or payment method information).
After entering, tap [Pay now]. On the confirmation screen, please check the product, delivery address, and sender information.
An order confirmation email will be sent later, so please check its contents.

 

Payment Flow

●Credit Card Payment

For credit card payments, you can use various cards such as VISA and MASTER. Payment will be processed at the time of purchase.
The timing of the debit will be subject to the agreement between you and your credit card company.

●Smartphone (QR code) Payment

Smartphone payment is a cashless payment method that allows you to pay using dedicated smartphone apps such as PayPay and Merpay.

●About Delivery

1. If no delivery date is specified, shipment will be made 4 days after the order date. For some products, delivery dates can be specified, so please specify at the time of order.

2. If the delivery address is Hokkaido, Okinawa, Kyushu, some regions, or some remote islands, it will take 2 days for delivery after shipment. Due to the freshness of the products, delivery may be difficult and we may decline the order.

3. Delivery may not be possible to remote islands and some regions.

4. For the following regions (*1), we are refraining from shipping due to the time it takes for delivery and the need to maintain quality. Please understand this in advance.

【Undeliverable Regions】(*1) Hokkaido: Okushiri-gun, Rishiri-gun, Rebun-gun Tokyo: Ogasawara Islands, Izu Islands Shimane Prefecture: Oki-gun Nagasaki Prefecture: Tsushima City Oita Prefecture: Higashikunisaki-gun Kagoshima Prefecture: Kagoshima-gun, Oshima-gun, Naze-gun, Kumage-gun, Amami City Okinawa Prefecture: Yaeyama-gun, Ishigaki City, Shimajiri-gun, Hirara-gun, Miyako-gun
※Undeliverable regions are those where delivery by courier service is not possible, and may be subject to change. Please contact us for details.

5. Due to the risk of freezing, delivery to cold regions is not possible from late December to March. For deliveries to some regions, remote islands, and cold regions, we recommend preserved products that do not have to worry about freezing or deterioration.

6. Even if the delivery address is the same, each product will be shipped individually, so even if you order multiple items at once, they may not be delivered at the same time.

7. Due to the nature of the product, delivery to宅配BOX (delivery lockers) or private post office boxes is not possible.

8. If the delivery address is not a private residence (e.g., hospital, wedding venue, concert venue), depending on the situation, the product may be handed over to the reception desk or similar, and may not be directly handed to the recipient. In such cases, please note that delivery will be considered complete upon receipt by the reception staff.

9. If there are any deficiencies in the entry, we may contact you for confirmation. (e.g., for hospitals, the ward or room number of the patient)

10. If the recipient is not available, a re-delivery notice will be left. Please arrange for re-delivery directly with Yamato Transport.
Also, if you are not at home, delivery may occur on the next day or later. If the product is fresh flowers, it may cause product deterioration depending on the season, so we recommend checking the recipient's availability.
※If the delivery address is Hokkaido, Okinawa, Kyushu, some regions, or remote islands, it will take 2 days for delivery after shipment, so please pay special attention.

11. The product warranty period is 3 days including the delivery date. Please note that even if we cannot contact the recipient and re-delivery is not possible, we cannot refund the order amount.
The same applies if the product cannot be delivered due to an unknown address or relocation of the recipient.

12. If we cannot contact the recipient, we may consult with the sender by phone regarding the handling of the delivered product (e.g., forwarding, disposal).

●About Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are as follows:

Products shipped from Tokyo

Tokyo / Ibaraki Prefecture / Tochigi Prefecture / Gunma Prefecture / Saitama Prefecture / Chiba Prefecture / Kanagawa Prefecture / Yamanashi Prefecture   1,350 yen (tax included)

Kansai / Northern Tohoku (Aomori, Iwate, Akita)  1,500 yen (tax included)

Southern Tohoku (Miyagi, Yamagata, Fukushima) / Shinetsu / Hokuriku / Chubu   1,450 yen (tax included)

Chugoku / Shikoku  1,500 yen (tax included) (*3)

Hokkaido / Kyushu 1,990 yen (tax included) (*3)

Okinawa / Other remote islands Separate inquiry required (*3)

(*3) ※Fresh flower products: Not deliverable. Only preserved flowers, dried flower products, and some potted plant products can be delivered.

●About shipping costs during cool delivery period

Cool delivery service will be available from mid-April to late September.
※Depending on the temperature, it may be applicable outside the above period.

Products shipped from Tokyo during cool delivery period

From mid-April to late September, cool delivery service will be available for fresh flower product deliveries. Please note that the cool delivery fee will vary depending on the package size. ※Depending on the temperature, it may be applicable outside the above period. The cool delivery fee will be added to your order and listed as shipping cost.

Package size S・・・Cool delivery fee 220 yen (tax included)  

Package size M・・・Cool delivery fee 330 yen (tax included)

Package size L・・・Cool delivery fee 660 yen (tax included)

Products shipped from Kyoto during cool delivery period

Hokuriku, Chubu, Kansai, Chugoku, Shikoku  1,859 yen (tax included) *Includes 330 yen cool delivery fee

Kanto, Shinetsu, Kyushu  1,980 yen (tax included) *Includes 330 yen cool delivery fee

Southern Tohoku (Miyagi, Yamagata, Fukushima)  2,112 yen (tax included) *Includes 330 yen cool delivery fee

For Hokkaido, Kyushu, and Okinawa remote islands, fresh flower products cannot be delivered. For dried flowers and potted plants only, a shipping fee of 1,990 yen (tax included) will be charged.
