Delivery
Orders placed by Friday, March 25th
For orders placed by 11 PM on Friday, March 25th, you can choose between home delivery or pick-up at our Shimokitazawa store on the day of the event.
(Please note that we ship from within Tokyo, so if your delivery address is in a distant location, we may change your order to same-day pick-up.)
Orders placed on Monday, March 28th
Orders placed by 11 PM on Monday, March 28th are for same-day pick-up only. Please show your order confirmation email when picking up your item.
Giving Gifts to Artists
If you do not wish to hand the gift directly to the artist, please write the artist's name + "Please deliver from management" in the remarks section of your order.The LUPINUS ROCK FESTIVAL management will then inform the artist that the gift is from you (your name) and deliver it on your behalf.
Please note that the color and type of flowers may differ from the images, as we use only the freshest and best quality flowers available at the time of order.
