The reason for displaying shimenawa and shime kazari is the same reason why shrines string shimenawa. It is an item that indicates that the place is a ``sacred place suitable for the New Year God.'' Generally, it is displayed at entrances, altars, and alcoves. Let's display it in a place suitable for welcoming God. New Year's decorations, not just shimenawa, are put up until December 28th or 30th after the main cleaning is completed. Avoid decorating on the 29th as it is considered bad luck, and displaying it on the 31st is considered a "one-night decoration" and would be disrespectful to the god of the year.Please note that the color and type of flowers may differ from the images, as we use only the freshest and best quality flowers available at the time of order.
