"Just place it down" to help you through a busy December: 2025 Christmas Poler Night #4
We decided to name this year's Christmas products after "place names" because we first wanted to create products that evoked a scene for decoration.
While preparing for Christmas is exciting, December is an incredibly busy time. We wanted to make the decorating process smoother by reducing any hesitation like "Where should I put this?" or "Will it fit?"
With that in mind, we aimed to design products that allow you to "complete your Christmas simply by placing them."
Effortless Christmas Decorations

When shopping online, the most difficult aspect is probably "imagining the size."
Something might look wonderful in a photo, but then you receive it and feel, "It was smaller than I thought," or "It was bigger than I imagined..."
To achieve this year's theme of "Danish Christmas, simply by placing," we felt it was essential to eliminate these "size concerns."
So, we first investigated "where do people actually decorate?"
From social media, interviews, and past order trends, we observed that many people enjoy decorating in the following ways:
・Wreaths on doors
・Trees in living rooms
・Swags on walls
・Arrangements on tables
Christmas decorating is inherently a lot of fun.
However, I myself have experienced "Christmas being just around the corner while I was still trying to decide."
So this year, we aimed for a lineup where "Christmas is complete simply by decorating," by offering products that perfectly fit each location.
Decoration Ideas by Location
Entrance | A cozy corner the moment you return home

Fresh Door Wreath "Jul ekrans"
"Jul ekrans" means "Christmas wreath" in Danish.
We offer two sizes, M and L, to beautifully fit the door of your home.
L size: Recommended for those who want a prominent outdoor decoration.
M size: A convenient size that can also be enjoyed indoors.

Of course, you can enjoy them wherever you like, so please don't worry.
Wall | Christmas subtly blending into daily life

Fresh Wall Swag "Jul epynt"
"Jul epynt" means "Christmas wall decoration."
The idea came about during a product planning meeting when the team discussed how "everyone has a favorite wall in their home."
This swag has a chic, sophisticated look that instantly brings the season into your room the moment you hang it.
Dining Table | A small world spreading from the dining table

Christmas Table Arrangement "Jul spisebord"
"Spisebord" means "dining table" in Danish.
Why the focus on the "dining table"? The answer lies in Danish Christmas culture.
In Denmark, on Christmas Day, it's a traditional style to decorate the table with conifers gathered from the forest, enjoying it more as a "table scene" than a mere arrangement.

To recreate that natural beauty, we intentionally adopted a low-center-of-gravity design with reduced height.
However, this posed challenges for stable delivery via e-commerce, and there was no precedent, so we spent a lot of time on prototype development, carefully selecting containers and refining the design.
As a result, we created an ideal table arrangement that subtly warms the atmosphere without obstructing family views or conversation.
Commitment to Materials and Lighting

Both the director and store manager pondered how to express Nordic charm.
Authentic Danish decorations embody a "natural beauty" that differs from house to house.
Because plants gathered from the forest are displayed as they are, the appeal lies in the "living scenery" rather than uniformity.
To recreate that atmosphere, we incorporated the Nordic aesthetic of:
Limiting the number of colors
Avoiding excessive decoration
Valuing natural scents, vegetation, and textures
And crucial to this project are the candles. In Denmark, real candles are lit, but all candles included with our arrangements are LED candles, considering the differences in climate conditions between Nordic countries and Japan, safety, and sustainability.
Despite being LED, they replicate authentic Danish candles as much as possible, featuring real wax exteriors, flickering flames, and candle plates that can be used even after Christmas.
We incorporated features that are safe, long-lasting, and create "light simply by placing them."
We answer common questions!
Size, redecorating, care, and storage
Q. How do I choose the right size arrangement?
A. M is recommended for 2-4 person dining tables, and L for tables with 6 or more people.
Q. How do I choose the right size wreath?
A. The compact size is easy to display indoors. It can be placed anywhere, making it a great option for your home or as a small seasonal gift. The L size makes a bold statement! In addition to your home, it's recommended for store displays or special gifts.
Q. How do I care for them?
A. Conifers will slowly dry while maintaining their vibrancy. To make them last longer, mist them regularly to keep them fresh.
Q. What do I do after Christmas?
A. Untying the red ribbon transforms it into a simple conifer wreath (swag).
Conifers are said to have protective powers due to their scent, so we recommend displaying them as they are until their color fades.
Once the color fades, it signals the end of their dried life. You can dispose of them as combustible waste.
Even if the arrangement fades, the candles and candle plates can continue to be used as interior decor. The containers and absorbent foam inside are generally non-combustible, but please check your local municipality's disposal methods for proper disposal.
