POTAGER is coming to YOUKAEN Sakurashinmachi store.
Basking in the summer sunshine, we offer arrangement workshops and market sales featuring organic vegetables grown directly from Hasegawa Farm, pesticide-free herbs from Kanagawa Herb Nursery, and seasonal flowers carefully selected by Yu Hanazono. We have a large collection of grown plants waiting for you.
What is POTAGER? What does that mean?
The word "potager" comes from the French word meaning home garden, and refers to a vegetable garden style garden where flowers, fruits, vegetables, herbs, etc. are mixed and planted, and the layout is practical but also conscious of color and three-dimensionality. Therefore, in recent years, gardens that are richer in color than regular gardening or home gardens have been attracting attention.
