Regarding the switch to standard delivery
Thank you for your continued patronage of & YOUKAEN.
During the summer months, we shipped via chilled delivery to prevent damage to flowers due to heat. However, as temperatures are expected to drop, we will be switching the shipping fee setting from chilled delivery to standard temperature delivery for orders placed from Tuesday, October 14, 17:00 onwards.

*For customers who have already placed an order with a delivery date specified on or after October 14 (Tuesday), your order will be shipped via chilled delivery as chilled delivery charges have been applied.
