【Important】Delivery service suspension from Tuesday, May 6, 2025 to Monday, May 12, 2025

Thank you for your continued patronage of & YOUKAEN.

Please note that due to anticipated congestion from deliveries of Mother's Day exclusive products, we will be suspending deliveries of regular products (excluding Mother's Day products) for arrivals between May 6th (Tuesday) and May 12th (Monday).

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our regular customers and appreciate your understanding.

(Deliveries of Mother's Day exclusive products will arrive between May 8th (Thursday) and May 11th (Sunday))

◆ Delivery Suspension Period

For arrivals between May 6th (Tuesday) and May 12th (Monday)

Orders will still be accepted at & YOUKAEN during the delivery suspension period.
Deliveries will resume sequentially from May 13th (Tuesday).

Regarding the absence of the delivery address

About product shipping

Information about the product, such as flowers and containers, may change slightly. The product is perishable. Product deterioration due to the absence of the delivery address is not covered by the warranty.

Notes on flower materials

We use flowers that are appropriate for the season, so some flowers may be different from those shown in the photo, but we will do our best to keep the overall atmosphere intact. Thank you for your understanding.

Regarding areas where delivery is not possible

Due to freshness issues, we may not be able to deliver to Hokkaido, Shikoku, Kyushu, remote islands including mainland Okinawa, Yamaguchi Prefecture, Hiroshima Prefecture, Tottori Prefecture, Shimane Prefecture, and Okayama Prefecture.
