From Thursday, June 1, 2023, when shipping with Yamato Transport, if you change (redirect) the delivery to an address other than the address written on the waybill, the recipient will be transferred from the address listed on the waybill to the changed address. The shipping fee will be changed so that the recipient will be responsible for paying the corresponding freight (cash on delivery).
■Example when changing (transferring) the delivery address

・If the recipient continues to be absent and the delivery is forwarded to the requester

In the case of the above two points, we will confirm via email or phone, and after receiving the customer's consent, we will process the bill.
