[Important] Notice of delivery closure from May 8th (Monday) to May 16th (Tuesday)

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of & YOUKAEN .

We will be closed for delivery of regular products (other than Mother's Day products) as we anticipate a very busy period for deliveries arriving from May 8th (Monday) to May 16th (Tuesday) .

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers and appreciate your understanding.

(Mother's Day products will be delivered between May 11th (Thursday) and May 14th (Sunday).)

[Delivery holiday period]

For arrivals from May 8th (Monday) to May 16th (Tuesday)

We are still accepting orders at & YOUKAEN during the closure period. Delivery will be made after May 17th (Wednesday).

Regarding the absence of the delivery address

About product shipping

Information about the product, such as flowers and containers, may change slightly. The product is perishable. Product deterioration due to the absence of the delivery address is not covered by the warranty.

Notes on flower materials

We use flowers that are appropriate for the season, so some flowers may be different from those shown in the photo, but we will do our best to keep the overall atmosphere intact. Thank you for your understanding.

Regarding areas where delivery is not possible

Due to freshness issues, we may not be able to deliver to Hokkaido, Shikoku, Kyushu, remote islands including mainland Okinawa, Yamaguchi Prefecture, Hiroshima Prefecture, Tottori Prefecture, Shimane Prefecture, and Okayama Prefecture.
