Regarding switching to regular delivery
Thank you for using &YOUKAEN THE STORE.
In the summer, we shipped only by cool delivery to avoid damage caused by the heat, but as the temperature dropped,
For orders placed after 17:30 on October 1st (Saturday), we will change the shipping setting to normal temperature delivery.
There are some areas, such as the southern part of Shikoku, where maximum temperatures of over 20 degrees are expected.
Since the flowers are packaged, we believe that there will be little damage as the period of time over 20 degrees has become extremely short.

[Before changeover] Cooled delivery only → [After changeover] Normally room temperature delivery *Customers who have already placed an order with a designated delivery date on or after October 1st (Saturday) will be shipped by cooled delivery.
