Here's how to use &Points, now easier than ever.

Preparing to Use &YOUKAEN Points

Member Registration

To get &YOUKAEN Points, you need to register as a &YOUKAEN member.
Register here

For existing members, please refer to STEP 01.

STEP 01

Click on "&Points" in the menu bar at the top of the screen.
Proceed to STEP 2

STEP 02 Member Login

For those already logged in:
The screen for STEP 03 will be displayed

For those not yet logged in:
Click "Continue with shop"
or enter your registered email address in "Send email" and click "Continue"
Authenticate the verification code sent to your email address to complete the login
Proceed to STEP 03

STEP 03 Check your points!

You can check your current point balance.

STEP 04 How to exchange your points for coupons

Coupons issued cannot be combined, so please exchange only the points you wish to use for a coupon.

STEP 05 / 06 Issue, confirm, and use coupon codes

A coupon code will be issued as shown in ❺.

Click "Apply" or "Copy" and paste it into the coupon code input field on the checkout screen to reflect the discount in your cart.

STEP 07 / 08 Confirming Coupon Code Discount

If you see the discount applied from the coupon in ❼ or ❽, you have successfully applied it.
