Notification Regarding Change in Login Method
To enhance login security, &YOUKAEN will be changing its login method from the traditional "email address + password" system to a system where you enter a 6-digit verification code sent to your email address.
Consequently, you will no longer need to enter a password.
Please note that your previous order history and member information will be carried over, so there is no need for new member registration or password reset.

By using a verification code sent to your email each time, this login method also helps prevent unauthorized access due to password reuse.

Q. What if I don't receive the verification code email?
Verification codes are sent from "shop@youkaen-store.com."
Please also check your spam folder, as it may have been sorted there.
If you are using a spam filter, please check your settings to ensure you can receive emails from the "@youkaen-store.com" domain.
Q. Will my old password no longer be usable?
Yes. You will no longer need to enter a password for login, as the system will change to logging in with a verification code sent to your email.
Q. Do I need to re-register as a member?
No. You can continue to use your currently registered email address.
Q. Will my order history be deleted?
Your previous order history will remain accessible.
Q. Can I still log in if I use Shop Pay?
Yes. Customers registered with Shop Pay can use "Log in with Shop."
Please follow the on-screen instructions to log in.
