Shipping fees vary depending on the destination region.
Father's Day gifts will be delivered between Friday, June 19, 2026 and Sunday, June 21, 2026.
Due to the high volume of deliveries during the Father's Day period, we cannot accept specific delivery date requests.
We prioritize quality preservation when shipping to ensure your precious flowers arrive in the best possible condition.
Regarding areas where delivery is not possible
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we are unable to deliver to certain regions where maintaining freshness is difficult.
These regions are:
Hokkaido, Shikoku, Kyushu, Okinawa main island including outlying islands, Yamaguchi Prefecture, Hiroshima Prefecture, Tottori Prefecture, Shimane Prefecture, and Okayama Prefecture.
If you are unsure whether delivery is possible, please contact us before placing your order.
Regarding Receipts and Delivery Slips
Even if the gift is sent directly to the recipient, we will not include any delivery slips or statements with prices in the package. If a receipt is required, we will send it to the purchaser via email.

Regarding changes to floral materials
Due to availability and the condition of the flowers, some floral materials used may differ from the photographs. In such cases, we will carefully craft the arrangement to ensure it is a beautiful Father's Day gift, while maintaining the overall color scheme and ambiance of the product.
About when you are not present
If you are not available to receive your fresh flower delivery, the freshness of the flowers may be affected. We recommend specifying an address where the recipient can easily receive the delivery. For redelivery in case of absence, please follow the instructions provided by the shipping company.

Q. Will it arrive on Father's Day itself?
A. This product will be delivered between June 19th and June 21st. Due to high demand for Father's Day, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, but it will be delivered within this period.
Q. Can I include a message card?
A. This service is only available for products shipped from &YOUKAEN. Please select this option when ordering. Please note that potted plants cannot be sent as they are shipped directly from the production area.
Q. Can I include items with a stated value?
A. No, you can use our service with confidence even when shipping directly to the recipient.
Q. Will the flowers I receive be exactly the same as in the photo?
A. Due to availability, some floral materials may be substituted, but we will preserve the overall aesthetic.
Q. Can I display it as soon as it arrives?
A. Arrangements do not require a vase and can be displayed as-is.
