Hokkaido, Shikoku, Kyushu, remote islands including Okinawa mainland, Yamaguchi Prefecture, Hiroshima Prefecture, Tottori Prefecture, Shimane Prefecture, and Okayama Prefecture

About Receipts and Delivery Notes
Even if the gift is sent directly to the recipient, we will not include any delivery notes or invoices with prices in the package. If a receipt is required, we will send it to the purchaser via email.

Q. Will it arrive on Father's Day itself?
A. This product will be delivered between June 19th and June 21st. Due to high demand for Father's Day, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, but it will be delivered within this period.
Q. Can I include a message card?
A. Only items shipped from &YOUKAEN are eligible. Please select this option when ordering. Please note that potted plants are shipped directly from the farm and therefore cannot be included.
Q. Can I include items that show the price?
A. No. You can use our service with confidence even if you're sending gifts directly to the recipient.
Q. Will the flowers I receive be exactly the same as in the photo?
A. Due to availability, some floral materials may be changed, but the overall aesthetic will be preserved.
Q. Can I display it immediately after it arrives?
A. Arrangements do not require a vase and can be displayed as is.
